Checks for universities, libraries, publishers and firms
Check a faculty list, a publishing list or a client list against the dated pirate-library catalogs named in the AI copyright cases: books by author name or ISBN, and journal articles by DOI, ORCID iD or author. We quote by the book and the article, and bill by invoice or card.
What you get
A report for each author, book or set of articles, as a private web page with PDF, CSV and JSON files. Each catalog listing shows the dated catalogs that carried it, with the library’s own file ID and MD5, and each candidate U.S. copyright registration links to the Copyright Office record to confirm. We use catalog metadata only and hold no book or article files.
For a large list we can also deliver one spreadsheet across all your authors, books or articles, or issue codes so your staff can run the reports themselves on the site.
Research support, not legal advice. A catalog listing shows that a file was in a dated catalog; it does not by itself show that any company downloaded that file. Matching is automated and not perfect: expect some missed records and some matches that are not yours, and check anything you rely on. See the methodology.
